Download Ebook Busy-Fitness

INTRODUCTION
Fit exercise into your busy schedule?  That’s as absurd as saying that there are eight days in a week!First, you’ve never exercised before or engaged regularly in a sport; second, you’ve never been into the fitness crowd and have had meager time for such pursuits, and third, you’re far too busy to even think of exercise.

In other words, YOU’RE JUST NOT INTO IT.

Of course your friends talk about it and rave about the latest fitness craze, but you’ve seen it too often:  some of them are on the “on-again-off-again” treadmill / stair master mania, and you wonder why they haven’t shred the fat that they’re desperately still trying to hide.

Seeing what your friends go through and not seeing any results, you cling to the notion that your total lack of interest is justified.

You’re not the least bit inclined to engage in these circus-like contortions or do those mindless freestyle strokes in the water.  That would only encroach into your already busy schedule of juggling family, home and career.  These three combined – husband/children/work are your exercise.

Ebook Boosting Your Metabolism

Ebook Boosting Your Metabolism

What is Metabolism?

Your metabolism is the amount of energy in calories that your body burns in order to maintain its weight.  Whether you’re sleeping, running, sitting, standing, riding in a car or eating a bowl of chocolate fudge ice cream, your body is constantly burning calories in order to keep you going.  Think of it as a fire within you, burning your fat and food away. No, sorry but you won’t burn enough calories chewing your chocolate fudge ice cream to cancel out the calories you just took in by eating that bowl of ice cream.  It would be nice if it worked that way, but it doesn’t.

Get any group of women together, and even some men, get them talking on the topic of their metabolism and you’ll hear moaning and groaning and complaining about how their metabolism is so slow, that when they were younger they could eat anything they wanted to and not gain weight but now if they simply *think* about a piece of cheesecake they put five pounds on.

It’s a sad but true fact of life that as we age our metabolism slows down.  It doesn’t stop (although at times we might feel as though it has) but it does change.  The reason for this is because we have more lean muscle mass at 20 than we do at 70, and lean muscle mass is what helps burn calories.

Some people have higher metabolisms than others and are able to burn off the calories they eat and never gain an ounce.  Others have metabolisms slower than a slug and everything they eat seems to stick with them and not get burned off. No two people are alike in the calories they burn and the rate of their metabolism.

Download ebook type diabetes

There are two main types of diabetes Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease that prevents the body from producing insulin. Type 1 diabetes occurs most often in children and young adults. About 5 to 10 percent of people with type 1 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is a metabolic disease that results from a combination of the body's inability to effectively use the insulin produced, and still declining insulin production to overcome this defect. Genetics, obesity and lack of proper diet and physical activity are factors that appear to play a role in the development of type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is more common in adults over 40 years and represents up to 95% of all diabetes.

But as a consequence of increasing obesity and inactivity among youth with type 2 diabetes, now affects children and young adults.

Management of type 2 diabetes focuses on keeping blood glucose, blood pressure and blood fat levels are almost normal. It typically includes diet, exercise, glucose testing at home, and various oral medications and / or insulin.
